PORCINI MUSHROOMS WITH HAM

| ñ first class porcinis extra | 200 g |
| arbequina extra virgin olive oil 5l | 2 cucharadas |
| Boletus | 200 g |
| Jamo serrano en taquitos | 50 g |
| Dientes de ajo | 2 |
| Aceite de oliva virgen extra | 2 cucharadas |
Elaboration
"1. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices 2.Put some oil into a frying pan and add the thin slices of garlic until they are gilt. 3.Add the porcini mushrooms and, after some 3 or 4 minutes, add the ham. 4.Wait a couple of minutes, retire from fire and it’s ready to eat!!"
