Delivery Methods
Delivery all around Europe in 10 working days.
At Oh!asis* we offer two types of home delivery service:
• Delivery to your home or workplace. Where the billing address and shipping is the same.
• Delivery to another place you indicate. Where the shipping address is different from the billing address. This allows you to send gifts to loved ones, ship orders to friends etc ....
Order reception
Stock orders are usually shipped within 7 working days of receipt of payment method.
In case the order is not complete our customer department will contact you to choose between three options:
(i) send the items if in stock,
(ii) to provide a bond for the value of the product not sent, or
(iii) wait for the full order even if it means more than 7 days of delivery.
Shipments are made via courier. Our main courier is Zeleris. Once the order has been shipped we will contact you via email to indicate that the order has already been sent and provide you with the data on it. If there is any delay in shipment of the order by stock issues we'll contact you.
If you place your order we inform you that there is no stock, estimated delivery time will be extended approximately 15 days. In case you do not have in stock you can choose to cancel the order of that article and we will refund the amount or a voucher for future purchases, whatever you prefer.
If you're not at the time of delivery, will leave a notice with a phone so you can arrange a second delivery.
