BUYING PROCES

Orders made at www.oh-asis.com and all others group sites will be considered by the administration department before being accepted. Orders manipulated by third persons or misprinted will be rejected.
Transport costs will be free of charge for all destinations in Europe. Oh!Menaje assumes total shipping costs to make your shopping easier.
In Europe the shipping costs will change depending on the Country and on the the price of the order.
In Spain and Andorra, orders lower than 60€ will be charged 6€ as shipping costs.
To make shopping easier for you, we can offer you two different ways of payment: Credit card or bank transfer. Please, note that credit card will be quicker. Our site is a secure site with 128 bits Encrypted SSL Certificate. Credit card payments will be made directly through your bank site. If you choose to pay by bank transfer you will have to fax the transfer receipt to +34 943404769 or by email 

 

SHIPPING PROCESS

In Stock orders are generally shipped within 48 hours from when your order is placed. In case order is not complete you will be able to choose between sending what there is already in stock and having a bonus for the next shopping with the value of the product you haven´t received, or wait until the order is complete although that supposes to wait more than 7 days. We ship using ZELERIS service. Normally it takes 2-3 days to be delivered to your address. Once the order has been processed and sent, we will contact you via email to advise you the estimated date of arrival.  Also, if there is a stock problem with any of your ordered items we will contact you.
We are happy to provide the ability for you to ship to multiple addresses. This way we provide you a different way to make presents to different persons. We will be here to help you from Monday to Thursday from 9 to 18, and Friday from 9 to 15.July and August from Monday to Friday 8 to 15.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Ítems purchased online may be returned within 10 days of purchase. Items must be returned in original packaging and be in unused condition. If you receive any damaged item you have to advise within 24 hours to be able to contact forwarder. Items are to be returned to: Oh!asis - Zurrupitieta 25, 01015 Vitoria.
Shipping costs, when returning an order,  will be paid by the customer. Please, insure the delivery, as OH! Menaje cannot be responsable for lost or damaged deliveries. Once we receive the order back and we check everything is ok Oh! Menaje will  refund your shopping.
Defective items will be returned, at our expense, for an exchange or a full refund. If you are returning any item, please contact us by email and we will contact you.
OhMenaje reserves the right to withdraw the Money of the order in case of products out of stock or discontinued.
